Will charge you wrongly and does not respond. Hi Yoopies. I have tried to contact you / call you more than 20 times. You charged me for a resubscription for a second month when I clearly chose one month only option. There was no clear process whatsoever that this would be charged again. It is obscure that I need to go in and cancel it. What is worse is that you barely respond to my requests to return my money. So far I had a good experience but when I try to reach you for this important matter

I don't like this app. The fees are not clear from the start. You must subscribe for 1 month / 3 months / 1 year and pay €1 for every hour you book a babysitter. For the occasional user it's too expensive - if I had known from the start I wouldn't have wasted my time.
