HOURS ONLY WHEN YOU WANT IT
Choose Hours only in setup to track working hours and overtime without pay details, rates or allowances. Your saved pay settings are kept if you turn them back on.

MILEAGE TOTALS
Record miles travelled using a per-mile allowance. See daily mileage and a total for the selected reporting period in reports, PDF and Excel, separately from the payment amount.
Your Timesheet helps you record working hours, review overtime and estimated pay, and track annual leave, sickness and absence.

HOURS THAT FIT YOUR ROUTINE
Choose your working days, standard hours and reporting week. Prefill a week or month from your saved working times, then review and amend individual days when your hours change. Record start and finish times, overnight shifts, comments, and paid or unpaid breaks.

FLEXIBLE PAY AND OVERTIME
Set up hourly pay or a salary, with overtime rules for weekdays, weekends and bank holidays. Add named allowances paid annually or per instance, and choose whether eligible allowances contribute to your overtime rate. Keep pay changes effective from the appropriate date.

REPORTS FOR YOUR PAY CYCLE
Review weekly and monthly totals, or configure weekly, fortnightly, four-weekly or calendar-month pay periods. Choose a pay-period start date and payday to match your routine. Export Excel and PDF reports, with controls to include or hide estimated earnings.

LEAVE AND ABSENCE
Set paid annual leave and sick leave allowances. Add, amend or remove future leave bookings, record paid or unpaid sickness and absence, and review your leave balances.

BACKUP AND RESTORE
Create a backup file and choose where to save or share it. Android can offer device storage and available providers such as Google Drive or OneDrive, depending on the apps and accounts configured on your device. Restore a supported backup after reviewing its contents. Backups are created when you request them; automatic cloud sync is not included.

MADE FOR EVERYDAY USE
Use clear mobile navigation, tablet layouts, Light and Dark appearance options, custom labels and field visibility.

Your timesheets and settings stay locally on your device. No Your Timesheet account is required, and core features work offline. The app has no advertising or analytics and does not automatically send timesheet data to the developer. Files leave the app when you choose to save, export, back up or share them. Android may separately back up eligible app-private data or transfer it between devices under your device settings.

Estimated earnings are for personal reference. They are not an official payslip, payroll service or tax calculation. Configure pay rules to match your own arrangement and check estimates against your employer's records.
