Easy setup & meet my expectations. Location is off which I found other leading name brand kid watches app all have the same issue. I was trying to return the watch and find a better one and decided to keep it after more research. I assume only google/samsung/apple can give you the absolute location which wouldn't give me the parent control of the watch. I substitute the location function with an airtag. It works. I was also surprised the developer actually updated the app. Keep it up!

The app can be a little tricky, but you have to keep messing with it to learn how to use it. If you have a question their customer service was quick to answer me on Amazon. I purchase the watches in 2024, and let me tell you it's the best investment I've made. I can track my children but most importantly I can use sound guardian and listen in to what they're up too. Not to mention video in and see their surroundings without them knowing I'm checking in on them.

I also had the same issue creating account. There is a glitch in the app, and appears to loop the password stating it needs to fit a certain criterion. We have tried multiple passwords and doesn’t accept any password. Using another device to sign up and reinstalling the app doesn’t work either. If I cannot access the app, I will return the product. I am very annoyed as the watch wasn't cheap. Thankfully, I have not paid for the service plan yet.

If you want to track your kid for his safety reasons this app is totally rubbish. My kid was all day at school ant app was showing him 2 miles away from school. And all refreshing shows either same spot or something totally opposite from real location 2-3 miles radius. App full of china or Korea symbols in watch skins, kid very disappointed. If kid calls me it's don't let me answer straight away (pop up on top) I have to go to app to answer him. Totally disappointment... avoid...

GPS shows the unit 2 miles away when we are home. Works for other locations though. Cannot sync with wife's phone.
