I really like it except it's really hard to get used to navigating the camera, and it just is really hard to get back to the wax unless you have a fairly big ear canal

It was great now the app keeps telling me to connect to the device Wi-Fi. I do and its connected fine but thr app isn't detecting that I did. I think it seriously needs to be updated.
