Zain Bahrain App Not Working on Nothing Phone (2a) Dear Zain Bahrain Support Team, I am writing to report a persistent issue with your mobile app. I have been using the app for a while, but recently it stopped working, displaying a message about security and data protection. I have contacted your customer care, and they suggested my phone might be rooted, or that I might have logged in on another device. However, I have performed a factory reset as advised, but the app is still not working

Hello my Zain app has not been working for more than 2 weeks now. I have tried everything uninstalling, rebooting my phone and resinstalling it again but nothing works all that happens is that it shows a weird barcode and says it cannot open due to the connection but my internet seems fine I want to pay my bills and everything, but unfortunately it's causing a hindrance cz of it

Your app 0 benefits for customers not work not even show how to start focus on how to market your services without giving a hint how to register an account when start refused my phone number !!!! Didn't accept my fiber net number!!!!! I don't know how could I pay????? And by 124 nobody can sort out any problem always the bill over the plan & over the amount you dealing with customers at you take the mount 2 or 3 time monthly no discussions' now understood the whole purpose to your co.

Worst customer service, I call them so many times and not receiving calls and when we busy they call us, and we didn't receive call without talking with us resolve problem. When we recharge in app we won't get validity why ?
