Asking for people's identity is absurd and stealing data, useless App doesn't even work at all, identity confirmation asking me my whole catalog about me.

The idea is good but the app is pathetic, takes forever to verify account, since last year, September 2025 have been waiting for my account to verified but to no avail. Worse of the support center is none response, have emailed and sent WhatsApp messages, but they go unattended. For the government, this is useless. I wonder why they can introduce something and fail to keep up.

The app has not yet been fully integrated to the services. You still have to go to the ZamPortal website using your browser to complete the processes. If you accidentally change account settings using this app, you can be easily locked out of ZamPass like I was. I 100% do not recommend. There is a lot of work to be done on this app.
