The Zan Fast Ferries app makes booking ferry tickets quick and hassle-free. The interface is simple and easy to use, allowing passengers to check schedules, book seats, and make payments smoothly. I appreciate the real-time availability updates, secure payment options, and e ticketing system, which reduces the need for physical tickets. The app is also lightweight and runs smoothly without glitches. 🇹🇿✊🏾

Awful I honestly hated the rude staff and inappropriate passengers, I booked my seat on your site and paid for it, but when I get there, I'm told that booking a seat doesn't mean you'll get the seat you wanted, and you're screwed, honestly I feel like this entire trip was a mistake, 0/10 I'm going with Azam next time

I'm having bad experience when doing payments. The payment take ages and yet do not complete. Please fix this, or you can just add another payments options like visa and mastercard. Xoxo

Very disappointing experience with Zan Fast Ferries. The customer service was poor, the staff were not helpful or professional, and the overall organization was frustrating. The service did not meet my expectations, and I felt like customers were not treated with respect. I would not recommend this ferry company and hope they improve their service in the future.
