Awful app. Awful hardware. It is a scam. App not working, not connecting to device, and no support. It is a waste of money tobspend on the devoce and the app not showing the device location. Do not buy Do not pay for a subscription.

Scam, I've got Sim, data, finds my phone location, can't send anything to tracker as it's always offline, I've paid the subscription, well just a scam

Scam NOT GPS they picked a very apt name for this app "zero GPS", because that's right there is zero GPS. Their products do not use satellite GPS. They use LBS, which is NOT the same. LBS uses mobile towers to triangulate your position often catastrophically GPS uses satellites in space My fake GPS device was in my kitchen and the app said it was in the local hospital a whole mile away 🙄 this company should be shut down immediately for misrepresentation.
