Zessi - Local Shop Delivery

Zessi connects you with a trusted delivery partner near you who shops for anything you need — from any shop within 1 km — and brings it to your door within the hour.

No catalogs. No inventory limits. If a shop near you sells it, Zessi can get it.

HOW IT WORKS — FOR CUSTOMERS

1. Sign in with your mobile number (quick OTP verification)
2. Pick your area
3. Choose a shop you know, or just give us your list and let your partner pick the best shop nearby
4. Add items with quantities — quick-add chips make grocery lists effortless
5. See your delivery fee upfront before you confirm: a simple base fee, a small per-item charge beyond 3 items, and distance
6. Choose how to pay the shop: directly via the shop's UPI QR, or cash on delivery
7. Watch your partner shop LIVE — every item marked bought or unavailable in real time, with actual shelf prices
8. Review the summary, pay, and confirm
9. Track the delivery to your door, then rate and tip your partner

WHY ZESSI IS DIFFERENT

• Real shops, real prices — your partner enters the actual shelf price of every item. No inflated app pricing, no hidden markups.
• Transparent fees — you see the exact delivery fee before you order. Base ₹15 covers up to 3 items.
• Hyperlocal by design — partners are matched only within 1 km of the shop, so orders arrive fast and your money stays in your neighbourhood.
• Anything, not just groceries — medicines from the pharmacy, bread from the bakery, that one specific thing only your local store keeps.

EARN WITH ZESSI — FOR DELIVERY PARTNERS

The same app lets you sign up as a delivery partner:
• Create your partner account in minutes and choose your zone
• Go online and receive order offers from shops within 1 km
• See exactly what you'll earn before you accept — delivery fee plus possible tip
• Mark items as you shop; the customer watches live, so there are no disputes at the door
• Get rated and tipped in-app, track today's earnings, weekly payouts to your UPI
• Refer other partners and earn bonuses

BUILT FOR INDIAN NEIGHBOURHOODS

Zessi is starting in Bengaluru and is built around how local commerce actually works here — UPI QR payments at the counter, cash on delivery, kirana stores, pharmacies, and bakeries you already trust.
