The app is great when it works but often has glitches. Finding where to login isn't easy. I often get two completely different views too. The app froze & stopped working altogether, so I uninstalled and reinstalled. It has been a nightmare to log back in. It lets me on the website but not on the app. Got confirmation of my ID from the reception but still can't log in or resent. Keeps saying credentials are incorrect. Really frustrating. Will ask for help when next in gym.

Something is not right I need to put in an ID number to log in which I didn't have, now after resetting and buggering about I have to use a number instead of an easily remembered username or email address, who messes with these sites, it was perfectly alright as it was
