Placed a deposit for a car, confirmed everything on my side only to find out the company does not honor its deal by claiming a glitch. Deposit is paid instantly, refund takes 14 working days when it's their fault. Zero apology zero service recovery, it was an absolute nightmare trying to rent a phv car from them. I trusted your app because you are a listed subsidiary. Yet you can claim a glitch in pricing makes me wonder how competent your app programmers are and whether my details are safe.
