The app is good and easy. The ride is beyond my expectation, a friendly driver, clean car. The disadvantage of zip shuttle, you can't predict the arrival time. Just take a bus if you need to arrive in a place in a certain time like a doctor's appointment.

My Zip car ride was wonderful. (The car was fine, and the driver was fine.) The fact that it is available in Darrington is miraculous. I had to pick up my car at the shop and my husband doesn't drive, so I would have had to rely on friends or neighbors and I'd rather save them for the things I can't do without help. This service allows me to be much more independent, and it may be even less expensive than driving my own car into Darrington for periodic trips to grocery store and library. Yay!!!!

It used to be convenient + affordable door-to-door option that I relied on when I had too much to carry on buses & it was hit or miss if I could rely on the service when mornings got out of control running late for work BUT unfortunately the service proved to be more unreliable than reliable! Drivers ignoring important notes to them & the service won't change to allow "work vs pleasure" options + dangerous drivers!

I thought this would be helpful to me, but instead I had the worst experience for my first time. Nowhere does it say they will change your arrival time at any time. I was 3 mins from my destination with an arrival time of 5:57pm. All of a sudden she got a peep to pickup someone else, and she turned all the way around and went backwards, and it changed my whole doo off time to 6:35pm. That is crazy and the system should not do that to people and take them places that was not already set first.

Trying to book a ride from Lynnwood City Center to a location within the service area, but it keeps saying the service is unavailable and that I should take a 50+min bus ride! What the heck VIA?? I hate you.
