EDITED Inital complaint was app gave nothing but errors for all options. Credit where credit is due: support team was quick to reply and the new update worked. Hats off to your team. I do think it unprofessional for a finicky product to be partnered with a federal/crown corp in the first place, but I'll reserve further judgement for further use.

Terrible. In its current state it doesn’t allow me to send as a gift. I get through the questionnaire and the app says my package qualifies as a gift, but it doesn’t let me click the "continue" button at the bottom of the screen because it's in my menu to close or go back on my phone. The only option is sending "as a package" which charges me $18 for duties where I shouldn't be paying any duties. This is a $25 Canadian snack gift to my friend in the US. The staff at the post office can't help.

There needs to be negative stars. The app doesn't work. There's no way for individuals to use the website and there's no other option at Canada Post. Basically, there's now no way to send a package to the states via Canada Post. Absolute Garbage.

In Canada, you are no longer able to ship anything internationally. I was told you need this app and was not given an explanation as to why. The app doesn't even work, impossible to create an account. Canada Post would not let me ship.
