EDITED Inital complaint was app gave nothing but errors for all options. Credit where credit is due: support team was quick to reply and the new update worked. Hats off to your team. I do think it unprofessional for a finicky product to be partnered with a federal/crown corp in the first place, but I'll reserve further judgement for further use.

The app is perfect and super easy! don't understand why people are having problems. I manually said what my item was, and it gave me accurate information and didn't have to pay duties since it's a book. I can imagine if you AI option you’ll run into inaccuracy, so just use your brain and simply state the product you're shipping, and it's easy. I like the orders section that saves the declaration I'd needed for completing shipping label later on.

In Canada, you are no longer able to ship anything internationally. I was told you need this app and was not given an explanation as to why. The app doesn't even work, impossible to create an account. Canada Post would not let me ship.

I was forced to use this app to pay taxes for a parcel going from Europe to the US. Zonos took my money, then provided a QR plus code that were not able to link in the post office. Zonos gave 5 days of validity, next burnt my money, and finally I was not able even to send the parcel. Their support is still "investigating". Shame on them and probably potential lawyer consultation if this continues.

Inconsistent from day to day. One day charges duties, but didn't the day before for sending the exact same items. Will not allow me to send a gift as a gift, as after answering the questions I am told it does not qualify as such. Baffling how a company still forces you to use the app, knowing there are issues that will cost the sender more money. Highly unethical if not illegal. Gave it a 1 because I couldn't give it a zero. Will go out of my way to never use this app again.

There needs to be negative stars. The app doesn't work. There's no way for individuals to use the website and there's no other option at Canada Post. Basically, there's now no way to send a package to the states via Canada Post. Absolute Garbage.
