Came across this bike share for the first time at a park I was at. Sign up and set up process was very straight forward. Had a great time renting out the bikes.

Tricky until we realized you had to manually slide the lock🤦😝. A bit more descriptive verbage would have been great

Tried getting signed up for over an hour. You need to verify your email address with a code that gets sent to your email - but a code never came through. Tried two different email addresses, checked spam and junk folders, and resending the code multiple times. Could not rent a bike because of it.

Failed to lock bike at end of trip 2 of 4 times. The Bluetooth symbol spinner spun endlessly, but the lock didn't lock. The timer kept running. I called Zoom, and they said someone would check on the bikes and a manager would call. Now I have to hassle for a refund. Won't rent again.
