It is most worst service in the indiaan self drive cars. It gives the money and at the time of payout it will act the various revenue. As per my subscription account it not deposited my security deposit from the last 9 month after completion of subscription andone thing is after that it will not recieve the single phone call. *So please please as per my opinion don't subscribe the car from zoomcar*.

Two experiences of me with zoom were bad as they did not refund the refundable deposit till now..worst part is they don't have customer service no or mail to address customer complaints. Zoomcar cheats people by not refunding the money due. People do not go for this self rental service

Please don't go with zap this is worst experience i faceing from past 2 month i didn't get car from Service also from zap team no problem solved till .....i already informed to zap please take back ur Service but still...no action taken by zap
