Who We Are:

BACELINE is a fitness family and community, created to help empower people just like you to crush goals, and find inner and outer strength! It is an App based coaching and personal training platform with a group vibe designed and tailored to each member's needs.

BACELINE is a veteran owned company, with programs designed and hand written by me, an ACE Certified Personal Trainer. I have been working in the fitness industry for just shy of 10 years, and hold several certifications in health and fitness training. I am passionate about not only helping people, but also in how the body moves, functions and performs. I stood up BACELINE as a place to train, gain knowledge, give access to kick-ass workouts, and to team up with a group of people who push and motivate each other, while pursuing their individual goals! BACELINE™ is a starting point and mindset: Balance Accountability Consistency Effort.

I truly believe that when you have Balance, Accountability, Consistency, and Effort, then there is nothing stopping you from reaching your goals. If you want hypertrophy (muscular growth), fat/weight loss/shredding, diet cleanup, etc. BACELINE is quite literally YOUR starting point to work toward that goal. Are you ready to do this thing?

What's Included:

Everyone has a different goal, which is why you'll see three different program options *see plans/pricing page for more info on each package*. Each program offers web or App based access to the BACELINE™ platform (app is preferred) which includes:

daily workout and tracker (input your sets/weight/reps)

personalized macros/calories

accountability group other members who signed up for that program/timeframe

daily news feed with info/tips/check-ins from me (think social media wall)

weekly in-app video calls with coach (depends on program)

'how-to' video resource library showing the exercises

1-on-1 DM chat feature directly with Coach/me 

and more!

Last thing – the very unique REFERRAL PROGRAM! After you sign up and log into the app, you’ll receive your own personalized code to give your friends, family, and fellow “swolemates”, to use when they sign up. When they use your code, they'll receive a discount and after 3 referrals, you'll receive a payment directly from me to you. No gimmicks.
