Local records remain available offline. Private iCloud sync works through your Apple iCloud account when available. Sync and network delivery require an internet connection. Export or import a complete portable ZIP backup.

Repeat work is faster with reusable catalog items and duplicate-as-new-draft. Old signatures, photos and approval evidence are not copied into the new ticket. Signed snapshots and PDFs include integrity hashes and verification codes.

Your first three signed exports are free; this is not a monthly allowance. BuildSlip Pro unlocks unlimited signed records and PDFs, your company logo on new PDFs and removal of the BuildSlip footer. Revision history and complete ZIP backup remain available without Pro. Existing records stay readable and exportable when a subscription ends.
