Calmia is a calm, private place to track your migraines and finally understand what triggers them.

Built for people who've lived with migraine long enough to know that "just write it down" is harder than it sounds — especially mid-attack. Logging takes about 30 seconds. Insights appear only once you have enough data for them to actually mean something.

Open the app, tap one card, and move through a few quick steps:

- Severity — a soft 0–10 dial that pulses gently when pain crosses into severe
- Pain location — tap a head diagram to mark exactly where it hurts
- Symptoms — aura, nausea, light and sound sensitivity, dizziness, fatigue, and more
- Triggers — sleep, stress, food, weather, hormonal cycle, screen time, and many more
- Context — when it started, how long it lasted, what medication you took and whether it helped
- Review — a clean summary before you save

In a hurry or mid-episode? Tap "I'm having a migraine" to capture it in one tap and fill in the details later.

You can also log past days by tapping any cell in the 12-week calendar heatmap.


WEATHER & PRESSURE INSIGHTS

Many people with migraine are sensitive to barometric pressure shifts — but it's nearly impossible to track by hand. Calmia does it for you:
