Click Pain: Symptom Tracker

One hold starts the clock. Another ends it. Click Pain records everything that happens in between - intensity, medicine, weather - without asking you to fill in a form.

Hold the number on the home screen to begin. Scrub up for more pain, down for less. Tap your medicine when you take a dose. That is the whole interaction. The app does the rest.


ANY PAIN, NOT JUST ONE KIND

Head, neck, back, shoulder, stomach, joint, muscle - or something else entirely. Set the type once and the app stops asking, or change it per episode when it differs.

Most pain diaries hand you a form and expect you to describe what happened. That is the last thing anyone wants while it hurts. Click Pain is a timer instead: hold to start, hold to stop. What it keeps is the duration plus everything that happened inside it.


WHAT IT RECORDS

• Intensity - scrub the number at any point; every change is kept, not only the first one
• Duration - timed from the first hold to the last, never estimated
• Medicine - one tap per dose, timestamped, several doses per episode, tablets counted
• Weather - temperature, pressure, humidity and more, captured automatically at the start of the episode and again at the end
• Type - head, neck, back, shoulder, stomach, joint, muscle or other

Two hours in, the app asks whether the pain has gone and whether the medicine helped. Two questions, two taps. If an episode runs past three hours it closes itself, and the record says so rather than pretending you ended it.


WHAT IT SHOWS YOU

After a month the picture starts to form. Click Pain reads back what you recorded: which weekday came up most, what time of day your episodes tend to start, how long they lasted on average, and how often the medicine helped.

The weather is part of it. Every episode carries the conditions at both ends, so you can see what the pressure was doing while it happened - falling, steady or rising - and how the temperature moved across it.

These are descriptions of your own record. The app never claims that anything caused your pain, and never suggests changing what you take.


PRIVATE BY CONSTRUCTION

No account. No sign-up. No email address. There is no server to send anything to, and nothing is collected - no analytics, no tracking, no ads.

Your record lives on your iPhone and syncs through your own private iCloud, the same way your Notes and Photos do. We never see it, because there is nowhere for it to arrive.


FREE AND PRO

Recording is always free, and always will be. Every episode, the full history, the calendar, the details of each one and the weather that came with it - no monthly cap, no limit on how much you log. A bad month is when the record matters most, and that is the wrong moment to be told you have run out.

Pro adds the reading of it: averages and duration trends, medicine effectiveness, weather correlation, the yearly view, every pattern, and CSV export. Monthly, yearly, or a one-time unlock.


REQUIREMENTS

iPhone, iOS 18 or later. Weather needs location access, asked for once and used only to fetch the conditions for the episode you are recording. Everything else works without it.


SUBSCRIPTION DETAILS

Click Pain Pro is available as a monthly subscription, a yearly subscription, or a one-time purchase that never renews. The price of each is shown in the app before you buy.

Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. A subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for the renewal within 24 hours before that period ends. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple Account settings after purchase.
