Ditches is designed to discover our craving patterns, give us clarity on what causes them, and build a system to replace them.

The core feature is called a craving. You log one every time you feel the urge to give into a habit you are trying to quit, regardless of whether or not you give in.

With the data gathered from our cravings we can gain insights in to when we are most vulnerable to loosing our streak toward progress. This allows us to be better prepared when the cravings come.

Ditches supports streaks with a granularity of hours, days, weeks, months, and years giving you the flexibility to change as your streaks get longer and longer.

We have designed Ditches with with a monochrome interface to reduce stimulation that may add to the bad habits or addictions you are trying to break.
