Your health data is already on your iPhone — HealthKitty helps you make sense of it, just by having a conversation. Ask questions like "How much sleep did I get this week?" or "When was the last time I went for a run?" and get clear, simple answers from the data already stored in Apple Health. No complicated dashboards. No confusing charts. Just a friendly chat.

Chat with your health data
Ask about your sleep, heart rate, workouts, symptoms and more. HealthKitty uses Apple Intelligence to understand your questions and give you helpful, personalised answers. Ask "When was the last time I went swimming?" or "When did I last brush my teeth?" and you'll get the day and time it actually happened — not just a total.

Ask Siri to open it
Say "Open Insights in Health Kitty" or "Show my Goals in Health Kitty" and you'll land straight on the tab you wanted. Chat, Insights, Goals and Appointments all work, from Siri, Spotlight or a shortcut of your own.

Your day at a glance
The Insights tab shows you how today is going without you asking a thing. Your activity rings, the numbers that matter, a trend chart, your medication and how you've been feeling — all in one place.

Kitty's read
Every period opens with a short, plain-language summary of what stands out. It's written on your iPhone, it uses your actual numbers, and it talks to you like a person — never a diagnosis, never medical advice.

HealthKitty surfaces the things a single number can't tell you: a run of days you've met your goal, and how many of your goals are on track.

Your week and month, with Health Kitty+
Tap the title at the top of Insights to switch period. Today is there for everyone. This Week and This Month are part of Health Kitty+, and they show you what a single day can't: sleep, resting heart rate and HRV, how every number moved against the week or month before, your weight, body fat and lean mass, your full session log, and your strongest days. Health Kitty+ also lifts the limits on notes, goals and appointments.

Better sleep insights
HealthKitty detects your sleep accurately, so when you ask about last night or your week, you get a clear, reliable picture of your rest.

See your workouts
Ask about a run, ride or session and HealthKitty visualises it for you — so you can take in your workout at a glance, not just in words. You'll see how the session was spent zone by zone, and you can ask what your heart rate and power zones actually are.

Set and track goals your way
Want to hit 8,000 steps a day, sleep 7 hours a night, or reach a distance goal for cycling? Tell HealthKitty your goal and ask how you're tracking. You can choose whether a goal should be met exactly, or stay above or below a target — so your goals work the way you actually think about them.

Keep notes from your conversations
Found something useful? Save it as a note to revisit later or share with your doctor.

Appointments, in the app and your calendar
Add your health appointments and ask things like "When is my next check-up?" so you're always prepared. You can add them straight to your calendar, too, so nothing slips through the cracks.

Symptom awareness
Knowing about your symptoms is an important part of understanding your health. Ask HealthKitty about symptoms you've logged and get a clear picture of what's been going on.

Menopause, when you want to ask
Ask whether you're in menopause, when perimenopause started, or about bleeding after menopause, and HealthKitty answers from what you've recorded in Apple Health. It tells you what your own entries say and when you made them — never a diagnosis.
