WHAT IT DOES
Symptom tracking
Log a symptom in about thirty seconds. Forty symptoms, severity 1-10, triggers and notes. Every entry comes straight back as a read: how today compares with your usual, how many times this week, and when these tend to land.
Habit and dose tracking
Record routines, medication and sleep alongside your symptoms, so there is something to compare your days against.
Learns your body
Kilra compares your worse days with your better ones, factor by factor, and ranks what lines up. It shows the strength of each association and how confident it is. The record keeps getting sharper the longer you log.
Doctor-ready reports
Your whole history on one page, formatted for an appointment. Visits, labs, dose changes and everything you logged, in order.
BUILT AROUND ONE DAILY HABIT
Open it, tap a number, done. The home screen opens on what you have recorded rather than on a form. Nothing is withheld behind a countdown - your record starts working the first time you use it and improves every day after.
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Your health data stays on your device. Analysis runs on your iPhone, not on a server. No account needed to start.
HONEST ABOUT WHAT IT IS
Kilra finds associations in your own data. It is a tracking tool, not a medical device, and it does not diagnose. It will tell you when it does not have enough data to say something, rather than guessing. Every number it shows you is one you can check.
SUBSCRIPTION
Kilra is a paid subscription with weekly, monthly and annual plans. The annual plan includes a 3-day free trial. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your Apple Account settings.
