Mit der LPR ServiceApp können Empfänger- und Versenderkunden der LPR, Techniker und Außendienstmitarbeiter von Serviceorganisationen ihre After-Sales-Prozesse ab sofort über mobile Endgeräte abrufen und steuern – rund um die Uhr.

Die Funktionen sind nach Einsatzbereich und kundenspezifischen Bedürfnissen anpassbar. Zu den Hauptfeatures der Echtzeit-App zählen:

• Vereinfachte Anmeldung von Abholungen (Retouren, Querversendungen)
• Nachverfolgung (Track&Trace) ein- und ausgehender Sendungen mit weitreichenden Sendungsinformationen
• Bestellung von Versandlabels (Retouren, Querversendungen)
• Direkter Kontakt zur Kundenbetreuung
• Meldung von Abwesenheiten (Urlaub, Seminare)

Serviceleiter erhalten über den separat bereitgestellten Control-Tower der App wichtige Zusatzfunktionen, etwa zur Aktivierung individueller Features, zum Versand gruppeninterner Mitteilungen an Techniker und vieles mehr.

Die Zugangsdaten für die App und den Control-Tower werden in Abstimmung mit dem Kundenbetreuer der LPR zur Verfügung gestellt.
