As entries build up, MindLabel looks for patterns. Not by how often something happened, but by how long it took your mind to settle — so you learn what stayed with you the longest. It also points out body signals that tend to repeat before difficult days.

• Monthly AI Letter
At the end of each month, your entries arrive as a single letter. The facts are calculated inside the app; AI only shapes the sentences. Your own words are quoted only if you give separate consent.

• Story Notes
Bring together what you might want to talk about in a session, drawn from your last 30 days. The feelings that stirred you most, the moments that stayed, the words you wrote at the time — export as PDF and take it with you.
