Free to use, the application can be used by both you, and your team. So while you can do a whole range of tasks, from creating rotas to finding cover, your staff can be using the same app to check shifts, swap shifts and request holiday.

Create a rota
Say goodbye to spreadsheets and scruffy bits of paper for good. Create, share and update rotas via the app. This includes a by-day (portrait) and by-week (landscape) view to help you get straight to the information you need, and copy&paste for faster creation and editing.

Team management
Keep your finger firmly on the pulse. Monitor your team’s working hours, share shifts fairly between staff and keep a check of holiday and absences with just one click.

Manage requests
Make light work of staff requests. Receive and approve time off requests in seconds. Be notified of sickness, and log it instantly.

Find cover
Take the hassle out of finding cover. OnTime will suggest suitable cover options, and once approved, the app will update the Rota accordingly.

Approve hours
Cut down on admin. Your team’s working hours will be summarised and sent to you for approval so that you can accept, reject, edit and track all hours worked in just a few clicks.

Also includes clocking in/out, direct messaging and handy shift reminders.

Subscribe for 1, 6 or 12 months at a time to access an extended rota so you can manage your staff plan further into the future (and with more rota features planned for the coming months).

Subscription details:
• Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase
• Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current subscription period
• Your account will be charged for renewal, at the same price, within 24-hours prior to the end of the current subscription period
• You can manage your subscriptions, and auto-renewal may be turned off, by going to your Account Settings in the iTunes store (after purchase)
