• Adaptive predictions: recent cycles are weighted more heavily, so when your cycle shifts, your next-period and fertile-window forecasts shift with it.
• Cycle wheel: see your whole cycle at a glance — period days, fertile window and ovulation — on one clear visual ring.
• Fertile & ovulation window: know your predicted fertile days and estimated ovulation date, computed from your data.
• Cycle insights: your average cycle length, how regular you are, prediction confidence, and a history chart that shows the adaptive engine at work.
• Phase guide: tap your cycle for a plain-language explanation of the current phase and what to expect, with links to medical sources (NHS, NIH, BMJ).
• Cycle history: view every period you've logged, add a date you forgot, and delete a mis-logged day so your predictions stay accurate.
• Discreet reminders (optional, off by default): a heads-up before your next period and before your fertile window begins — automatically updated every time you log a new period.
