Automatic layouts for multiple photos

Choose your photos and let Snapsnap calculate their positions to make efficient use of an A4 page. Select portrait, landscape, or automatic layouts. Set each photo independently to common 1–6-inch sizes, ID-photo proportions, a full A4 image, or custom dimensions, with adjustable filling options.

Cut lines help with trimming, and a count shows how many photos do not fit. Drag to rearrange photos and choose the number of copies when duplicating.

Sharp subjects, creative backgrounds

Keep your subject sharp while adding Gaussian, radial, rotational, bokeh, or motion blur, pixelation, or crystallization to the background. Adjust effect strength and choose the direction of motion blur.

Replace the background with dots, squares, triangles, hearts, stars, other patterns, or emoji. Customize individual colors, size, spacing, and regular or random arrangements. Soften subject edges for a smoother transition.

If an automatic selection needs refinement, tap the subject you want to keep or use brushes and similar-color selection. Undo, redo, and recognition retry are also available.

Explore expressions and illustrations covering Chinese, English, and Japanese lettering, characters, cats and dogs, journaling, food, weather, travel, dates, sports, and holidays. Face-covering illustrations add a playful touch while helping protect privacy.

Choose from instant-photo and classic paper styles, thin or wide borders, rounded corners, capsule shapes, film frames, sprocket holes, torn paper, stamps, light leaks, grain, halftones, reflections, and date stamps.

Apply dozens of color styles, including Hasselblad Blue, Leica Vivid, soft Japanese tones, vintage film, cinematic teal and orange, neon, black and white, and duotone. Use one look across a collection or adjust photos individually.

Text, watermarks, and your own signature

Add dates, locations, and custom text. Adjust color, weight, shadow, size, and opacity, then drag text into place.

Use text watermarks or more than 30 built-in camera and phone brand logos. Import your own watermark images and remove solid-color backgrounds. Alongside system fonts, Snapsnap supports imported TTF, OTF, and TTC fonts.

Individual settings, saved progress

Set cropping, subject effects, paper styles, color looks, text, and watermarks separately for each photo. Editing one does not change the others. Your work is saved automatically on your device, ready to continue next time.

High-resolution export and printing

Export PNG, JPG, or PDF, save or send files through the system share sheet, or print wirelessly with AirPrint.

PNG and PDF support transparent backgrounds, shown as a checkerboard in the app. JPG uses a white background. PDF preserves standard A4 page dimensions for printing at actual size.
