IMPORTANT
PropertySurvey Pro is independent software. Its Home Survey workflow is designed with reference to the RICS Home Survey Standard, and its Commercial Survey workflow is informed by RICS technical due diligence. It is not endorsed, approved or licensed by RICS and does not produce an official RICS-branded report form. The surveyor remains responsible for the agreed service, inspection, evidence, professional judgement and final report.
Property surveys made simple.
PropertySurvey Pro helps surveyors, inspectors, landlords, agents and contractors capture evidence on site and create professional PDF reports. Work offline, dictate notes, add photographs and review every report before export.
