Push Up Scroll: App Blocker

Do push-ups to unlock the apps that steal your time.

Push Up Scroll turns the urge to doomscroll into a rep. Pick the apps that hook you, and the moment you open one the screen locks until you finish a quick set. No willpower required. Move first, scroll second.

Set it once and forget it. Choose your apps, choose your reps, and let your camera do the counting.

How it works
+++ +++ +++ +++ +++ +++
Lock the apps you overuse. When you reach for one, Push Up Scroll blocks it and asks for a quick set of push-ups. Your camera counts every rep in real time. Hit your target and the app unlocks for a set window, then locks itself again.

Key features
+++ +++ +++ +++ +++ +++
• Lock any app: social, games, anything that drains your day
• Live camera rep counter that watches your form and counts for you

• Earn timed access, then it re-locks automatically
• Track every rep and build a daily streak
• Challenges that keep you focused

Why Push Up Scroll?
+++ +++ +++ +++ +++ +++
Screen time limits are easy to tap past. A set of push-ups is not. Instead of only blocking your apps, Push Up Scroll makes you earn them, so every unlock leaves you a little stronger.
