RANKED: SKIN DUELS UP TO THE CHAMPION'S ARENA
Your heroes face off and every push-up is a strike. Earn trophies and fight your way through 15 leagues to the Champion's Arena. Whoever pushes more and cleaner wins. Ranked is always fair: gear and purchases have zero effect there.

ADVENTURE: 5 WORLDS, 105 LEVELS
From the Ashen Pit through the Ember Wastes, Frost Hollow and Venom Mire all the way to the Shadow Keep. Your hero battles monsters and mighty world bosses in full animation. Collect stars, open chests, discover side paths full of loot and build your special attacks in the move tree.

SEASON PASS & SKINS
Every season brings a new pass with skins, frames, gems and chests – every push-up earns Pass XP. Unlock the Inferno Samurai and the Frost Dragon, dress your hero in outfits, or wear the Shadow skin and your country's skin with Premium. Switch anytime in the wardrobe.

COUNTRY BATTLE, CLANS & WEEKLY GROUPS
Represent your country: every push-up this season counts for your country – the world map shows where people are training. The War Room shows live who is ahead of and behind your country. Fight bosses and rival clans with your clan, and compete every week in a group of players at your level.

DUELS WITH FRIENDS
Challenge friends live with a code and compare yourselves on the leaderboard.

FOR EVERY LEVEL
A short assessment tailors the challenge to you – whether you can do 5 push-ups or 50.

No ads. No tracking. No loot boxes. Your body data stays on your device. Your account backs up your progress, so it moves with you to a new iPhone.

Premium is available as a monthly or yearly subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; renewal is charged within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings.
