Push/Pull/Legs, Upper/Lower, Full Body, or your own split, 1 to 6 days a week. Happy with last week? Repeat it and Roby updates the weights and reps. Want ideas? Swap any day for a fresh one and Roby fits it to you, setting the weights from your numbers and progressing it week to week.
