Open Runlab to a clear daily report with analysis of your latest run, your next session, weekly mileage, sleep, training load, fitness, fatigue, form, and consistency. Runlab turns the numbers into practical guidance instead of leaving you to interpret a dashboard.

COACHING THAT ADAPTS TO YOU

Ask the coach about a run, your plan, pacing, recovery, soreness, stress, motivation, or anything else affecting your training. Runlab considers your goals, recent training, health signals, preferences, and the context you have shared, then gives you specific recommendations and concrete actions.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN

Your imported runs, Apple Health signals, training plans, conversations, and coach memory are stored on your device. Runs come directly from Strava. Apple Health access is read only and limited to recovery signals used for your coaching. Only the relevant context needed to answer a coach request is sent securely for that request.

RUNLAB ELITE

Runlab is free to use with Strava history from 7 activity days and 5 coach messages each calendar month. Runlab Elite unlocks full Strava history import and up to 300 coach messages each calendar month. Monthly and yearly auto renewable subscriptions are available. Prices vary by region and are shown before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in App Store settings.
