Seating Chart - Table Planner

Plan the room. Seat every guest. Print the chart.

Seating Chart is a table planner built for one job: getting everyone at your wedding, reception or event into the right seat. Lay out the venue to scale, drop in tables, and drag guests to their chairs.

PLAN THE ROOM
• Enter your venue's real size in feet or meters
• A dot grid, alignment guides and live edge clearances keep everything square
• Start from 7 ready-made layouts: ballroom, garden ceremony, cocktail, gala, long feast, conference and birthday
• Save your own layouts and reuse them

PLACE ANYTHING
• 47 objects, including round, banquet, square, oval, U-shape, serpentine, head and cocktail tables
• Dance floors, bars, stages, arches, exits and more
• Drag, pinch to zoom, rotate with 15° snapping, and resize from any corner
• Lock, hide and reorder objects

SEAT YOUR GUESTS
• Import guests from Contacts, or from a CSV file exported from Excel, Numbers or Google Sheets
• Drag a guest onto a table for the next free chair, or onto one specific chair
• Drop a guest onto a taken chair to swap the two
• Every occupied chair shows the guest's initials

AUTO-SEAT
• Fill your tables automatically, keeping families and groups together wherever there's room
• See exactly who was seated and who is still left

CATCH PROBLEMS EARLY
• Live checks flag over-full tables, unseated guests, too few seats, and tables that mix too many groups

PRINT AND SHARE
• Export a PDF with the floor plan to scale, a table-by-table seat list, and an A–Z guest list for the door
• Print it, save it to Files, or send it to your planner, caterer or venue

WORKS EVERYWHERE
• Sign in with Apple, Google or email, and your charts sync across your devices
• Keep editing without a connection. Changes sync when you're back online

Made for weddings, receptions, rehearsal dinners, banquets, galas, conferences, reunions, graduations, anniversaries, quinceañeras, bar and bat mitzvahs, fundraisers and dinner parties.
