Sleep Talk Recorder & Snore records and transcribes what you say in your sleep, and labels the snoring, breathing and coughs you never hear — on your iPhone or iPad, with no account and no cloud. Put your phone on the nightstand, tap “Start tonight” and wake to a written record of your night.

HOW IT WORKS
• Voice activity detection records short clips only when there is sound, and skips the silence
• Works with the screen locked and the phone face-down — no buttons in the dark
• When you end the night, every clip is transcribed on-device, time-stamped and in order, with playback
• Snoring, breathing and coughs are labeled by on-device sound classification, including quiet snoring too soft to start a clip
• With Apple Health, each sound is placed on the sleep stage it happened in: awake, REM, core or deep
• On devices with Apple Intelligence, a gentle dream interpretation suggests what a fragment might mean

Do I talk in my sleep? Record one night and read the answer in the morning: every word, with the time you said it.
Do I snore, and how much? The night view shows when you snored and for how long — an honest record you can play back, not a snore score.
Does any audio leave my phone? No. Recording, transcription and sound labeling all run on your device. No account, no analytics, no tracking, and one tap deletes everything.
Is it free? Yes. Recording, transcription, dream interpretation, sleep stages on your last 7 nights and every privacy control are free, with no time limit.
Is it a medical device? No. It records and describes your night; it does not diagnose sleep apnea or any other condition.
