Steadied is a cycle, hormone, and symptom tracker for PCOS, endometriosis, adenomyosis, PMDD, PMS, perimenopause, postpartum recovery, hypothalamic amenorrhoea, and menstrual migraine. It isn't a fertility tracker or contraceptive.

Patterns take cycles to surface. Steadied makes that wait worth it: insights built over months can be the kind a clinician will engage with.

Steadied tailors the symptom set, the language, and the insights to your conditions. Change them any time. Inclusive language preference (default neutral; non-binary and trans-masc options).

PERIOD, SYMPTOM AND PAIN LOGGING
Five flow levels, birth-control checks, treatments, a curated 40-symptom catalogue filtered to your conditions, custom symptoms, 1–10 severity sliders, optional notes, and a Pain map for body-location pins. Edit any past day from the calendar.

METHOD TRACKING
Track birth-control method, start date, daily reminders for daily methods, and cycle-suppression context. Steadied is still not contraceptive advice.

CALENDAR WITH IRREGULARITY-AWARE WINDOWS
Logged periods show as filled circles, your next-period window as a dashed outline. When your cycles vary by more than ~5 days, Steadied widens the window to a range — no false confidence on a single date. Common with PCOS, perimenopause, or postpartum.

Standalone Watch app with phase, cycle day, flow picker, symptom quick logging, flare/context chips, and daily birth-control or treatment check-ins when configured. Five iOS widget families plus four watch complication families.

APPLE HEALTH
Read-only menstrual flow and spotting import, plus wearable readings when available: resting heart rate, sleep, HRV, and wrist temperature. Steadied never writes back to Apple Health by design.

BACKUP, RESTORE & EXPORT
Free JSON backup and restore for cycle, symptom, pain-map, treatment, report, and wearable data with Merge or Replace modes. Restore requires iCloud Sync to be fully off for the current launch. Automatic backups can write to iCloud Drive. Steadied+ adds CSV export.

Steadied+ is a one-time £29.99 purchase. Family Sharing eligible. No subscription. No "trial expired" messaging.

Steadied is not a medical device. Period-date estimates are based on your own data and are not contraceptive. Do not use Steadied for fertility planning, conception, or contraception. If you are concerned about your symptoms, consult a clinician — do not wait for the app to surface a pattern.
