Tan Tracker: UV Timer & SPF

PREMIUM — PURCHASE REQUIRED: All features described below are part of Pro and require a purchase: a weekly or yearly auto-renewing subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase.

Check the live UV index before you step outside, then time, log, and remember every sun session — all in one place. GetTan pairs an Apple Weather UV forecast with a hands-on session timer and a private tan journal, so your outdoor time is informed, intentional, and recorded.

GetTan is a UV-awareness tool, not a prescription. You decide how long to stay out; the app shows you the real UV picture, keeps the clock, nudges you to reapply sunscreen on the schedule you choose, and saves what actually happened. No invented "safe tan time" promises — just clear data and an honest log.

WHAT YOU GET
• Live UV index for your exact location, with an hourly curve showing when today peaks and when it eases off
• A 7-day UV and weather outlook that flags the calmer windows before you plan your week outside
• A session timer that taps you on the shoulder to flip sides and reapply sunscreen at the interval you set — then warns you before your own time limit runs out
• Every session saved with UV at start, duration, SPF used, and your notes — a real sun exposure log, not a guess
• A private tan-progress photo journal with side-by-side comparison, so you can actually see the change week over week
• A skin profile you set yourself — type, tone, sensitivity, goal — that keeps your log personal without pretending to be a diagnosis

PERFECT FOR
• Sunbathers who want sessions timed, sides flipped, and sunscreen reapplied on schedule instead of guessed
• Anyone who checks the UV index every morning and wants the forecast, timer, and log in one app
• Tan trackers who take progress photos and want them dated, private, and comparable
• Outdoor people — runners, gardeners, beach regulars — who want a record of their sun exposure

WHY NOT JUST A WEATHER APP?
A weather app shows you a UV number and moves on. It won't time your session, remind you to reapply, remember what SPF you wore last Saturday, or line up a month of progress photos side by side. GetTan starts where the forecast ends.

PRIVATE BY DEFAULT
Your sessions, photos, and skin profile stay on your device. No account, no social feed, no photos leaving your phone.

PREMIUM (PURCHASE REQUIRED)
GetTan requires a purchase to use: a Weekly or Yearly subscription, or a one-time Lifetime unlock. Every plan unlocks everything — live UV data and forecast, the session timer with flip and sunscreen reminders, unlimited session history, and the photo journal.

Check the UV, set your timer, log the session — download GetTan and make today's sun time a recorded one.
