Description by Billy Joe Young, Jr.(from the App Store)
Uniquely personal, The Homemade Body App was created by NYC-based fitness trainer/coach with over 15+ years experience in the industry to address the need for people who don’t, or can’t exercise at the gym, and need more help than algorithms to show them the way to a fitter life.
A National Academy of Sports Medicine personal trainer with NASM specializations in Fitness Nutrition and Behavior Change, as well as certifications in cancer exercise, and pre/post-partum fitness, Billy Joe Young has designed custom home fitness videos - from his home to yours - with many different types of workouts and individual exercise videos of every exercise from every video.
FEATURES: Access some of Billy Joe’s follow-along exercise and workout videos for all levels of fitness. Connect your Apple Watch to track workouts, steps, habits, and more right from your wrist. Connect to other wearable devices and apps like the Apple Health App, Garmin, Fitbit, MyFitnessPal, and Withings devices to track workouts, sleep, nutrition, and body stats and composition. Track your meals and make better food choices. Stay on top of your daily habits. Set health and fitness goals and track progress towards your goals. Track body measurements and take progress photos.
ADDITIONAL FEATURES include full access to all videos, group video fitness sessions, weekly emails with research done just for your interests and inspiration to spark your soul.
