Listen to birdsong, rain, streams, and waves. Zen Mode brings nature soundscapes to your iPhone, with simple controls to make each one your own.
More birds. Less wind.
Adjust the sounds in each environment. Turn a layer down, bring another closer in the mix, or listen to just the water. Individual calls vary, with pauses between them.
Find your favorite.
Explore Forest, Rain Garden, Shoreline, Night Garden, Meadow, Mountain Stream, Campfire, Wetland Dusk, Desert Sunrise, Canyon Dawn, and more. Save your favorite scenes and mixes so they are ready when you return.
Sound around you.
Individual calls, guide voices, and instruments have positions in space. With compatible AirPods, head tracking keeps these sounds in place as you turn.
Share your mix.
Send a soundscape link to someone else. They can review your settings and choose to try them in Zen Mode.
Listen together.
Browse scheduled live sessions and listen with a guide while keeping the background sounds you like. An account and internet connection are required for live sessions.
Host from your iPhone.
Create your guide profile, plan a session, and host in the app. Use a private sound check before going live, or organize a free in-person gathering. Your guide workspace keeps sessions and your public profile together.
Keep listening.
Ambient soundscapes work offline and without signing in. Listening continues when you lock your screen. Pause or resume from the app or Lock Screen.
Requires iPhone with iOS 18 or later. Head tracking requires compatible AirPods. Ordinary headphones and speakers also support listening.
