★★★★★ Awesome Family of Apps! Could y'all all or do you all have a dip/dips station app. That would be a great addition please!

★★★★★ Probably the best Pull up program app around here. Even tho you need to pay for the full program (very cheap) the progressions are completely realistic and straightforward. The developer really put thought into them. I'm on the 5 week now, and from barely doing 2 pullups, I as able to do 5 today without any cheating, momentum or bs form. 5 strict, clean and full range of motion pull ups.

★★☆☆☆ Missing the ability to start with negative pull ups. How many beginners can start with 6 pull ups. Lame
