Would have gave it 5 stars because I used to love this app it would always be my go to when I get motivated to work out but now when I started on it recently I had paid for the no ads subscription and that when the app started glitching where I have to uninstall and install it again just for it to open and when I'm able to open it all my saved history is deleted, so it really upsets me where I no longer want to use the app anymore

Wouldn't let me get past day 9 without subscribing.... im happy to watch ads but the fact that it won't let me continue to watch ads to use the app is stupid considering it loads an ad as soon as you open the app, click a day and finish the workout.

You have to either pay or complete 30 days of super easy exercises to get to the level that will truly work. I wouldn't call that free or "30 day".
