Doesn't actually work has never picked up a door as long as I've been using it. No way to change anything in an account namely email is very annoying when the only account settings are payment method. Literally no one on support (emailed them half a year ago to no response) makes this app completely bare bones and a real pain to work with.

Does not work for everyone, my apartment complex switched to the app, but now they have to switch back to the card because it stopped working for all 200 people who live here.
