The worst internet service provider in Myanmar, not because of their quality of internet, but for their services and customer handling. I've been waiting for more than 10 days for my installation after I've paid the fees, and they are still not coming. No one wants to take responsibility when confronted, and they think they can get away with things simply because they're a large company. I tell you my fellow Myanmar citizens, if you get 5BB internet for yourself, you will regret it all the time.

If you create an app & encourage customers to use it, it must cover lots of problems without human staff. But we customers still rely on human staff about our inquiries. Like Instead, billing team or customer service or whatever phone no. that you uploaded on website and official channels must reply, check & solve our complaints and inconveniences about not getting internet connection, they sleep soundly when we are boiling official fb page with rage because it is not just within office hours.
