App keeps saying to update to new release even after uninstall and reinstall

App continuously crashes, always has an api issue that you have to close the app and restart. That may solve the issue, but 9.9/10 times, the api will continue to have an issue where you have to rinse and repeat until it miraculously does what you need it to do.
