While the app w/o gold pass usually has some good deals on its own, the gold pass has screaming good deals on the regular. For example, I just got a whole pizza, a pint of ice cream and a big bag of nerds for $5.85 including tax and fees thanks to gold pass perks. Oh thank heaven 😇

It does what you expect it to do- provides an online delivery service for 7/11. Notably, you miss out on deals from local branches, as one near me was doing a coffee promotion at the time of writing a small bag fee is always a kick in the head when you're someone that doesn't buy much (me) but the service is otherwise intuitive, responsive, and (most importantly) fast. Don't forget to tip your drivers and use 711TREAT for $7 off your first purchase

The discounts that you can get when placing an order whether it's for delivery or pickup are great!

This app was fantastic until 6–8 months ago. It started having small issues, escalating to major issues. Only half of the orders get delivered. After hours of "still working on the order" they give you a nonsensical answer on why the order was cancelled. A few recent highlights include -age verification issues -protocol issues -health and safety issues When the orders are cancelled, you often have to go to your bank to chargeback as there's no customer service for the app.

Before was able to use the app for pickup and delivery, and now it's saying invalid delivery address and the closest store I picked up from is no long listed
