The app is fine, but it is annoying the login every time I open the app. I use Gmail login and even if the "stay connected" option is selected I have to log in every time. Please improve it!

Complete disaster. If you register you are forced to choose a monthly contract. If you don't register every time you recharge pay as you go you are forced to fill personal and credit card details and the process get stucked. I've tried multiple times, I've been charged for credit card verification and app get blocked at the same step.

Absolute disaster of an app. Only in Italian, registration doesn't work...cards (multiple) go through and then get rejected by the app. Phone support is only in Italian as well...just uninstall and find another place.

Getting worst every time. One charger close at home never worked in the past year or so. Today another charger was not even on the app, works only by card. What's the card?? Why not just pay with a credit card like at classic fuel self-service then? Why app you can't build or card one must order, keep and is just another useless thing to keep?
