Aagantuk: Hotel Guest Register

Aagantuk is the guest register for lodges, guest houses, dharamshalas and budget hotels, kept on your front-desk phone instead of paper.

Every check-in is recorded with who did it. Cash, UPI and card are matched to the day's collection. When the police ask, your register is ready. In Hindi or English, with or without internet.

WHAT YOU GET
• Digital guest register: every guest, room and stay in one place
• Scan the ID: Aadhaar QR (number masked on the record), driving licence, voter ID, PAN or passport, so nothing is written twice
• Up to 12 companions on one booking, with guest photo and signature
• Returning guest? Enter their phone number and their details come back
• Police-ready records: the register is ready when the police ask for it
• Foreign guests: scan the passport to capture the details you need for Form C
• Every change has a reason: room changes need a reason from staff
• Settle and bill: cash, UPI, card or credit, with a GST invoice as a PDF
• Close the till: daily report split by cash, UPI and card, export to PDF or Excel
• Room status: occupied, vacant, ready and overdue stays at a glance
• Many hotels, one login: owners see every property from their own phone
• Decide who sees what: each hotel's staff see only their own hotel
• Staff attendance and expenses
• Works without internet: check-ins save on the phone and sync when the connection is back
• Fully in Hindi or English

YOUR GUESTS' DATA IS SAFE
Guest records are encrypted on the phone, each hotel's records are kept separate, and the guest gives consent before their ID details are filled in.
