Description
Launch Android Applications through Amazon Alexa by setting them as "smart home devices."
Easily add these devices to your smart home Routines, e.g.: "Alexa, watch Netflix" turns on the TV and receiver, dims the lights, wakes up the Android TV and launches the Netflix app. The only thing it doesn't do is make popcorn (...yet).
Requires setting up the on-device Aberto Sonorus Android app and enabling the Aberto Sonorus Alexa skill--account linking done through Amazon. Once that's done, you'll be able to control your Android apps on your AndroidTV, tablet, or phone.
For example: * Alexa, turn on/off Netflix (launches/closes an application) * Alexa, next/previous on Plex (plays the next/previous item on whatever application is in the foreground) * Alexa, set volume to 5 on Google Music (sets the volume on the device)
Enable any of the pre-classified apps on your device, or add any launchable app.
Recent changes: Updated how disabled applications work--they will now be deleted completely from the list. This should make the application/skill more straightforward. You will need to open this application once for the changes to take effect.

I have this on my nvidia shield tv and its great it basically turns on the shield and starts up apps on it, but you can control the apps after that only start them and shut them down via alexa. I did have a problem with the app where alexa kept on finding old apps previously linked from when I had the app installed before a factory reset bur after an email to the developer he uploaded an update to solve the problem which it did. Great customer service thank you

I accidentally uninstalled on my android (was trying to move to home) and now it won't log into amazon. I hit the login button, and it says it can't load the token in the db. Developer offers no website or support.

Have tried in (MI BOX) España/Español does not work, it only works when its in English/USA. I noticed when I register and signed on Amazon it says at the bottom on tv app settings (us-east-1-xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx) maybe it should be in (ES-east-1), hope this will be fixed.

Does not work either on my phone or my android box. It runs and lets me select apps but when I ask alexa to discover devices she finds nothing.
