AWESOME!!! This is an easy-to-use app that WORKS! I simply submitted an issue through this ap and got an email back letting me know my town didn't subscribe to their service, but they were going to forward my issue to my city department to help get my issue resolved. Well, they did, and today I got an email from my commissioner saying they were going to fix my problem! AWESOME!!!

Crapware This app used to be available in chicago, illinois. However, with no explanation they dropped support for Chicago.

Empowering Tool for Citizens I fired up this app when I found a pothole and GPS kicked on, I took a photo and reported it. Easy and fast. I am keeping this on my phone. Now if the city would just fix the pothole I reported this would be excellent. UPDATE: The pothole is fixed! Update March 2014. App no longer functions properly on my phone. I can't see any issues. When I get a notification about a status change I can see an issue but then the back button quits the app instead of going back. Lots of work needed on this.

Smtxconnect This is public stuff as it is for San Marcos, tx. Public stuff itself will not work trying to report a problem in another city. It refuses to recognize the city. Once I got it up, all it would do is let me look at what I reported using smtxconnect app (public stuff). It will not even let me add reports, select a city or an area of concern. And to see those old reports I have to select to change my profile .
