HOW TO FIX "OOPS..." - go in to your app settings and clear the storage and cache. Viola. The City has been very responsive in fixing the issues that I post.

App keeps crashing when I try to open it" whoops something went wrong" is the message I keep getting

★☆☆☆☆ Fedora nmn London · May 1, 2021

I've been using this app for years now all of a sudden when I try to pay my utility bill I get a message stating website not available, however everything else works on the app. For something that's supposed to be a convenience it certainly is inconvenient.
